This re-imagining keeps every beloved aria of La Bohème intact while moving Mimì and Rodolfo's garret to a Mile End walk-up in the dead of a Montréal winter. Traditional strings meet subtle live electronics; hand-painted sets meet projection mapping.
A co-presentation with Place des Arts' Nouvelle Scène emerging artists scheme. Sung in Italian with English and French surtitles.
